Scientists, conservationists and community members are racing against the clock to save a marine research center on San Francisco Bay. KQED’s Anna Guth reports…
San Francisco State University plans to close the Estuary and Ocean Science Center, a hub of climate change and marine research... unless it can find $10 million to keep it open by April 30th.
Katharyn Boyer, the center’s director, is working with supporters to raise the funds.
